One person who handles the doctors, the money, the paperwork, and the busy work of helping your parents. Here is who is behind it, how it works, and how to check that a call or text is really from us.
Who we are
Framework is operated by Magicbar, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in San Francisco. Our registered address is 2261 Market Street STE 85579, San Francisco, CA 94114. We work with families anywhere in the United States, by phone and text, so nobody has to live near their parent to use us.
How the service works
You tell us what the week looks like. We book a fifteen-minute call. If we can help, one care manager takes on the list: appointments and referrals, bills and benefits, the help at home, and the second opinion before anyone sends money to a stranger. You and your family follow every step in one shared thread.
How to check that it is really us
We call from 650-546-7821 and text from (650) 446-7448. We will never ask for a gift card, a wire transfer, or a code that was sent to your phone, and we will never ask to take control of your parent’s computer. If a call or message claiming to be from Framework asks for any of these, hang up and call us back on the number above.
